About Larry Bosco

In 2010 I had one of those “Is this all there is” moments and so in January 2011 I retired from Real Estate Appraising, sold off all my worldly goods and headed out as a solo traveler in search of a new place to live. Since then I’ve traveled around the world, made new friends and had many great adventures and some not so great. After staying almost a year in Cuenca, Ecuador I have headed back to South East Asia where I began the journey in 2011. Currently I am living in Chiang Mai, Thailand

Cool rickshaw! Have you been driven around in one? Smooth ride!

    Hi Larry,
I love your blog and your photos amaze me! Separate from the stories they tell about the culture you’re living amongst, they are, in themselves, so rich in color, quality and (maybe my favorite), composition. Several of them have made me anxious to get back to painting! (I know, I let the life that happens get in the way of the life I say I want).
    What camera are you using?

Laura George: That could have been written by me. After coming back from Italy, I let things get in the way and have not been motivated. Pictures and travel do motivate me. I will drag out my pad and watercolors and begin today!
